Common questions

My dryer runs but clothes are still wet — what is wrong?

The most common cause is a failed heating element or a blown thermal fuse. Both are inexpensive parts that we carry on the van. A blocked exhaust duct or clogged lint filter can also cause this — worth checking first before calling. If the lint trap is clean and the exhaust vent is clear, it is likely an electrical component fault.

Is it worth repairing a dryer in Dubai?

For most faults — yes. A heating element or belt replacement at AED 200–500 is far cheaper than a new dryer (AED 800–2,500+). The exception: if the motor or control board has failed on a dryer over 8 years old, replacement may make more financial sense. We'll give you an honest assessment on-site.

Can you repair washer-dryer combos?

Yes — washer-dryer combination units are included in our appliance repair service. Both the washing and drying functions can be diagnosed and repaired by our technicians.

How long does a dryer repair take?

Most repairs take 45 minutes to 2 hours on-site. If the required part is not on the van, we order it and return within 24–48 hours. We will confirm parts availability before scheduling if you describe the fault to us first via WhatsApp.
