Our standard AMC covers all labour and service visits. Spare parts (capacitors, fan motors, etc.) are billed at cost if needed β€” we have no markup on parts for AMC holders. For full-cover (parts included) contracts, ask us for a CMC quote based on your unit age and brand.
Can I get an AMC for a single AC unit?
Yes β€” though for 1–2 units, one-off servicing is often better value. AMC makes the most financial sense when you have 3 or more units, as the saving versus ad-hoc service plus emergencies becomes significant. We will tell you honestly which makes more sense for your property.
When is the best time to book pre-summer AC service in Dubai?
